RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon deposit payment or by providing valid credit card details (number, expiry, CVC) as a guarantee.

Accommodation Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, a fee of 20% to 100% of the total booking amount will apply.

Activity Cancellation (Rafting, Canyoning…): Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the start. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

Cancellation by Penzion Hosnar: In case of force majeure or technical failures, we reserve the right to cancel. A full refund will be issued, but no further compensation claims will be accepted.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please inform us of your arrival time 12 hours in advance.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Guests must collect their receipt upon departure.

Accessibility: Our facilities and restaurant are accessible to guests with reduced mobility (ground floor units recommended).

HOUSE RULES

Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A violation fee of €100 for deep cleaning applies.

Damage: Intentional damage to inventory must be paid before departure (min. €200 or according to assessment).

Pets: No pets allowed. Violation results in a €45 cleaning fee or cancellation of stay.

SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL OFFERS

Breakfast: Complimentary for Penzion and Hiša Hosnar guests. Allergen info is available in the dining area.

Wellness: Private rental available at a surcharge, used at own risk. Children must be supervised by parents.

Classic body massage: Available at a surcharge and upon prior reservation at the reception. The massage can be performed in your apartment (depending on the space available), as part of a private wellness session, or outdoors in the heart of nature. The service is provided at the guest’s own risk.

Parking: One parking space per unit at €7/day surcharge, at owner’s own risk.

E-bikes: Available at a surcharge; rental at own risk; helmets provided (no children’s bikes available).

DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLAINTS

GDPR: Personal data is protected according to GDPR/ZVOP-2 for registration and marketing purposes.

Complaints: Complaints should be made on-site or in writing to [email protected] after the stay. We respond within 8 days.
