1. General Terms

By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to all hotel policies including payment, cancellation, check-in requirements, and house rules. Room rates are subject to availability and may vary based on demand, dates, and promotions.

2. Guest Identification & Requirements

  • A valid photo ID and the credit/debit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

  • The name on the booking must match the ID provided.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if details are incorrect or fraudulent.

3. Payment & Deposit

  • Payment policies vary depending on the selected rate plan (e.g., Non-Refundable or Flexible).

  • A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival. This is held on a credit/debit card and released within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation.

  • Failure to provide a valid deposit may result in booking cancellation.

4. Cancellation, No-Show & Modifications

  • Non-Refundable bookings: 100% charge applies at all times; no refund for cancellation or no-show.

  • Flexible bookings: Free cancellation until the time specified in the booking policy.

  • Late cancellation or no-show will incur the charges stated in the rate plan.

  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 / 3 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests arriving after 22:00 should notify the hotel in advance.

6. Room Use & Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms.

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

  • Extra guests or beds may be subject to additional charges and availability.

  • Parties, events, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

7. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Extra beds may be available for an additional fee, subject to room type and availability.

  • Cribs/infant beds may not be available in all rooms; please request in advance.

8. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or hotel interior areas.

  • A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected.

9. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

  • Support animals may be accepted in accordance with UK law; please notify in advance.

10. Damage & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or hotel property. Charges may apply for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning.

11. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Guests must keep valuables secure at all times.

12. Overbooking / Relocation Policy

In the rare case of a system or channel error causing overbooking, the hotel may:

  • Provide an alternative room, or

  • Arrange relocation to a nearby hotel of similar standard, or

  • Offer a full refund.

13. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control (weather, government regulations, emergencies, etc.).

14. Governing Law

All bookings are governed by UK law. Any legal matters shall be handled in the local jurisdiction where the hotel is located.
