The VAT rate for hotel stays has been increased by the government as of 1 January 2026.

This means that from this date onwards, we are obliged to apply the new, higher VAT rate to all our room prices.

We have therefore had to adjust our prices accordingly.

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy for individual reservations. The applied percentages are to be paid by the guest. For groups with 10 or more persons our group cancellation applies which we will sent to you apon request.

 

 

  • more than 14 days before the date no charges.
  • less than 14 days before the date the client is liable to pay 100% of the reservation value.
  • in the event of no-show the client shall in any event be liable to pay the total reservation value.
