Booking terms & conditions

Check-in conditions:

Monday to Thursday: between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Friday: between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.

• Saturday: depending on occupancy

Sunday: between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. (depending on occupancy)

If you wish to arrive outside these times, please let us know in advance. Upon check-in, you must present a valid photo ID and a credit card.

Check-out conditions:

• Check-out is possible between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation conditions:

If your cancellation falls within the free cancellation period, no charges will be made. If your cancellation falls outside this period, the following cancellation policy applies:

•    Individual booking:

          o    Standard flexible & refundable rate
             
-Cancellation 3 days or more in advance: no cancellation fee
             
-Cancellation 1 day in advance: the first night will be charged
             
-No show or day of arrival: the entire stay will be charged     

         o    Standard non-refundable rate
              -This rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
              -In case of cancellation, change or no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

       o    Standard Sleep & Dine package rate
             -This rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
             -In case of cancellation, change or no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

•    Group booking (from 3 rooms):
      
-Cancellation 7 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation costs.
      -Cancellation 21 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation costs.
      -Cancellation more than 3 weeks prior to arrival: €25 administration fee.

Payment conditions:

• Payment is made at check-in or check-out or in advance via online payment

• Accepted payment methods: cash, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, invoice

Beds:

• Cots are available on request and subject to availability. Extra beds are not possible in this accommodation.

Children:

• There is an age restriction. To check in independently, you must be at least 18 years old.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed in the entire accommodation
