Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Without payment guarantee, your reservation will expire prior to the day of arrival. In order to guarantee your stay, we need to be in possession of your payment or valid Credit Card in the name of the guest. 
• If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us before midnight, prior to the arrival date. After this period, the accommodation costs are fully charged and cancellation is no longer possible.
• If no payment guarantee is known to us, the entire reservation will be cancelled.

Non Refundable reservations can not be cancelled and / or changed. Immediately after making the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

All our room prices include VAT but exclude Tourist Tax.

Special payment conditions (groups*)

• 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation sum must be paid.
• 7 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining amount must be paid.

Cancellations: All our reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland and can be sent on request.

(*) groups = Every booking of 5 or more rooms.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

At Hotel La Reine we accept the Credit Cards American Express, Visa & Mastercard en Meastro/pin. It is not possible to setlle your account in cash.
