Hotel Chambord, an elegant Art Deco property located in the heart of Brussels, enjoys a privileged location just a 15-minute walk from the Grand Place, the Manneken Pis, and the city’s main shopping districts, including Rue Neuve and Chaussée d’Ixelles. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms. The Magritte Museum is only a 5-minute walk away.

The soundproofed rooms provide all modern comforts, including cable TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Each morning, an American-style buffet breakfast is served in the dining room. Guests can enjoy a generous selection of hot dishes, accompanied by a variety of breads and pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, as well as an assortment of cheeses and cold cuts. The buffet includes three types of cheese and three types of smoked and cured meats such as salami, ham, chicken and turkey. Juices and hot beverages are also available to complete the breakfast experience.

Numerous bars and restaurants can also be found within walking distance of the hotel.

Conveniently served by public transport, the hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Porte de Namur metro station, a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace, and about 25 minutes on foot from Brussels-Midi station, served by Eurostar and Thalys trains. From Porte de Namur metro station, Brussels-Midi station can be reached in just 4 direct metro stops, making the hotel an excellent base for international travel.

Reservierungsbedingungen

   General Terms and Conditions of Reservation – Hotel Chambord Reservations and Stays

  • Information and rates are available at the reception and on www.hotel-chambord.be.

  • Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

  • Reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or letter).

  • Without a guarantee or an indicated arrival time, individual reservations are only held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

  • Early departures or no-shows will be charged for the entire reserved stay.

  • A room may not accommodate more persons than its designated capacity.

    • Extra person: €20 per night per room.

    • Baby cot (0–2 years): free of charge, subject to availability (maximum 1 per room).

Cancellations

  • Individual reservations: free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After this time, 1 night will be charged.

  • Groups and seminars: cancellation fees according to the date of cancellation:

    • 45 to 21 days before arrival: 0 %

    • 20 to 15 days before arrival: 50 %

    • 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100 %

Guarantee and Prepayment

  • A valid credit card may be required as a guarantee (covering accommodation, extras, city tax, and possible damages).

  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night, even prior to the guest’s arrival.

  • Without a credit card, full prepayment and a deposit of €500 are required upon arrival, as well as immediate settlement of consumed services.

  • In case of damage or theft, the deposit may be retained, and additional compensation may be claimed.

Rates and Payments

  • Rates are charged per room, per night.

  • Breakfast is charged at €17 per person per day.

  • Payment methods accepted: cash (maximum €1,000), debit card (Maestro), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, CB).

  • Personal checks and value vouchers are not accepted.

  • Group invoices must be settled before arrival.

  • Any late payment will automatically result in a penalty fee of 15% (minimum €50) and interest at 10% per year, calculated from the invoice date.

Applicable Law

All disputes are subject to Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
