Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed once 100% of the total amount has been received.
- For last-minute bookings (within 2 days before arrival), the full amount must be paid immediately at the time of reservation.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer / credit card / other payment methods.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be retained.
- Cancellations within 7 days before arrival: no refund possible.
- In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.
- We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 4:30 PM.
- Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM.
- Early arrival or late check-out is possible upon prior agreement.
4. Security Deposit and House Rules
- A €300 security deposit is required, which will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or additional costs.
- The house is suitable for a maximum of 12 guests and this number must not be exceeded.
- Parties and events are not allowed, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Pets are allowed/not allowed (if allowed, under which conditions?).
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Guests are expected to respect the house and neighbors.
5. Cleaning and Waste Management
- Standard cleaning of the hous is included, but...
- The house is delivered clean and in good condition and must be left in the same way as much as possible.
- Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated containers.
- If excessive cleaning is required due to extreme dirt, additional costs will be charged.
6. Liability
- The owner is not responsible for loss, damage, or accidents that occur during the stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their fellow travelers and must report it.
