Main conditions and policy (Individual booking OF UP TO 3 ROOMS). More than 3 rooms is considered a group and special terms and conditions apply

Cancellation or changes in your booking made : 

  • Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: the first 2 nights will be charged
  • More than 48 hours before arrival you may be refunded the total of your stay
  • 48 hours refers to working days - Sataurday, Sunday and Belgian Bank Holidays are NOT counted as working days.
  • No cancellations or changes can be made to a Non Refundable booking. Full payment may be taken for your Non Refundable booking at the time the reservation is made

Special conditions (groups*)

  • Your terms and conditions for payment, cancellation and rooming list will be given by email from the central Reservations office of Historic Hotels Belgium. These terms and conditions are the only ones that will apply to your booking
