Optionally, you can rent the Meet/Event space for a one-time fee, regardless of the length of your stay. This way, you can fully experience the entire domain! This option provides exclusive access to the whole Botanic domain — we never rent out any other part of the property during your stay.

Termini e condizioni di prenotazione	Booking Terms and Conditions When you book the Botanic holiday home, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. These general terms and conditions apply to stays at the holiday home offered on the website www.botanic-experience.com and its partners. Contact Information of the Rental Agency: SKYE NV \| Oedelemsestraat 78 \| 8020 Oostkamp \| Cindy D’Haens \| +32 (0)471 700 612 \| [email protected] Reservation Conditions: Booking and Payment You can book via the internet or by email. Upon confirmation of your reservation by the rental agency via email, the general terms and conditions take effect. The client/tenant responsible for this booking is jointly and severally liable for complying with the booking steps and rental conditions. Upon reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Failure to pay the deposit within 5 working days after the booking confirmation will be considered a cancellation. In this case, the rental contract will be dissolved, and the landlord will be entitled to re-list the holiday home for rent to third parties. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival, along with a security deposit of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros). The security deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after your stay, provided that no damages or losses have occurred. Any damages or additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If circumstances force the landlord to cancel the already rented holiday home, the tenant will be informed immediately, and the rental agency will promptly refund the amount paid. The tenant cannot claim further compensation in this case.
