1.    When booking online, you pay the full amount for your stay at the time of booking.

2.    One week before your stay, we require a deposit of €100 to be paid to account number BE49 9796 2772 2771.

3.    For cancellations made up to 6 months before your stay, the reservation amount will be refunded minus a €30 administrative fee. For cancellations made between 6 and 2 months before your stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost applies.  Starting 2 months before your stay, the full amount is charged as a cancellation fee.

4.    Smoking is prohibited in the vacation homes and on the vacation grounds. A smoking area is provided at the bicycle shed.

5.    If no damage and/or missing items are found in the inventory, the security deposit will be refunded within one month.

6.    As a guest, you are personally responsible for your belongings. Take the necessary precautions to prevent theft. Bielebale vzw is not responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings.

7.    No more people may stay overnight than there are beds provided in the home.

8.    Pets are only allowed in the blue and green vacation homes. Certified service dogs or guide dogs are welcome in all homes.

9.    Check-in is possible from 1:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest, or by mutual agreement.

10.    The vacation home must be left in the same condition as when you received it; otherwise, we will be forced to charge a final cleaning fee of €50.
