Cancellation Policy
For individual hotel guests, if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the first night must be paid.
For bookings of 2 rooms or more, the following rules apply:

0–7 days: The entire stay must be paid.
•
8–15 days: 50% of the stay will be retained.
•
16–30 days: 25% of the stay will be retained.
•
Between the booking date and 30 days before the stay: 10% of the total stay must be paid.

If the stay has already begun, the entire stay and any extras must be paid without any right to a refund.
