BOOKING CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit must be paid upon reservation, which must be received within 10 days of booking.
If payment of the deposit is not made within the stipulated period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the rooms.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- More than 10 days: you pay 50% of the amount due as a cancellation fee;
- Less than 10 days; you will pay 100% of the amount due as cancellation fee;
- In case of no show, the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Any dispute regarding its validity, interpretation, execution of the agreement, or invoicing in execution thereof belongs to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Dendermonde.
COVID-19 or similar pandemics
The above cancellation conditions always remain applicable. If the Belgian government imposes a domestic travel ban on Covid-19 for the province, bookings may be rescheduled during the duration of the measure. If the national borders were to be closed, all international travel will also be rescheduled without any problem. |
