  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

  • For cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued and the hotel reserves the right to retain the total booking amount.
