A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation. If the guest does not have a credit card, the booking can be guaranteed by 100% advance payment of the full amount no later than 48 hours after the reservation. For last-minute reservations, guests may pay upon arrival, either by card or in cash.

Cancellation of your reservation is free up to 10 days before your planned arrival. If you cancel your reservation 10 days or less before your planned arrival, we reserve the right to charge your account the full cost of the reservation. In the event of early departure, we retain the right to keep the full payment for the stay.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro) or cash (in Euros). Card payments are charged according to the valid exchange rate. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

The Tourist Tax (€3.13 per adult and €1.56 per child aged 7–17) is not included in the final price and must be paid upon arrival either by card or in cash.

For Non-refundable rates, the cancellation policy does not apply.

Free parking (one parking spot per apartment) is available for all guests.

If you require a shuttle service to Vila Tivoli, please let us know in advance. We are happy to arrange transfers from all nearby airports and other locations.

Guests are welcome to use the on-site electric vehicle charging station. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use it.

The apartments are fully cleaned after each guest’s departure. For longer stays (5 days or more), we will refresh your apartment, change used towels, and empty trash bins every three days.

We cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings, valuables, or documents from the apartments or vehicles.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or those accompanying them. All appliances and fixtures must be used in accordance with their safety instructions.
If any installation, furniture, appliance, or other item is damaged or missing, please inform us immediately at +386 40 976 166.
If a guest causes damage, whether intentionally or accidentally, they are required to provide compensation.

The owner and maintenance staff reserve the right to enter the apartment for urgent maintenance work when necessary.
