In the case of booking a package, the cancellation terms of the Standard Rate apply.

Standard Rate
Payment: Reservation confirmation is made with credit card details, the payment is made upon arrival.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the paid reservation amount within 10 days. For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, we retain the amount equivalent to 1 night's stay. In case of early departure or no-show, we retain 100% of the reservation amount.

Non-Refundable Rate
Payment: To confirm the reservation, a 100 % payment of the reservation value is required upon booking.
Cancellation Terms: In the event of a cancellation, 100 % of the reservation value will be retained.

The reservation payment includes only the accommodation.
Tourist tax and registration fee are to be paid at the reception upon arrival.
