Individual & Group Bookings

All reservations at Kumo Hostels are fully prepaid and non-refundable. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. ☁️

PAYMENT POLICY

All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival, excluding applicable city taxes and local charges. A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received. Kumo Hostels reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.

CHARGING E-BIKES & LITHIUM BATTERIES

For fire safety reasons, charging e-bikes, electric bicycles, lithium batteries or similar devices is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the hostel, including rooms, communal areas and power outlets.

In case of violation, Kumo Hostels reserves the right to remove the equipment, terminate the stay without refund and recover any resulting damages or costs from the guest. ☁️
