Reservation terms & conditions The prices quoted are including VAT and services, excluding the city tax which are charged separately.
Hereby you find the cancellation policies that are applicable upon cancelling a reservation made directly with the hotel. If not booked directly with the hotel, other conditions might be applicable.
A valid credit card must be provided when making a reservation.
In the event the given credit card turns out to be invalid, you will be given 24h. time to amend your card details, failure to do so will result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation.
Flexibel rate:
Please note that 2 Days prior arrival, the given credit card will be charged for the total price of the reservation.
You can cancel the reservation, free of charge up to 3 days prior the day of arrival.
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 2 days before arrival.
Reimbursement in case of late cancellation or no-show is not possible.
Standard rate
You can cancel the reservation, free of charge up to 15 days prior the day of arrival.
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days before arrival.

Non-refundable rate:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the provided credit card on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
This is a non-flexibel rate. Modifications or changes are not accepted and in case of a cancellation no refund will be made.
For reservation for 4 or more rooms is a different cancellation policy, please ask the hotel. |
