These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Hotel Mardaga. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

A reservation is only final once confirmed by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

All rates include VAT unless stated otherwise. Tourist taxes and any additional charges may be applied separately.
Payment may be required upon arrival or in advance, depending on the selected rate. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival, unless stated otherwise.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge the cost of the first night.
For non-refundable rates, the full amount is due at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Different cancellation policies apply to reservations of more than 4 rooms.

Check-in is available from the time indicated by the hotel.
Check-out must take place before the agreed time.
Late check-out may result in additional charges.

Guests are required to comply with the hotel’s house rules.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms unless otherwise stated.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the hotel.

The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel or its property during their stay.

In case of force majeure (such as fire, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations without compensation.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is used solely for administrative and commercial purposes of the hotel.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where the hotel is located.
