Our hotel conditions apply to all agreements entered into by us. The conditions are listed on our internet site and can be viewed at the reception. The hotel conditions are binding for everyone who uses our services.

To start the day pleasantly and to enjoy your breakfast, we request that you:

• leave bags and backpacks in your hotel room for a while, so we keep the breakfast room spacious and clear
• not to take food and drinks (coffee/tea) from the buffet; breakfast is only intended to be eaten in the breakfast room
• your dog is also allowed to be in the breakfast room, if he/she isn't disturbing other guests

If a reservation for our hotel accommodation is made, either with or without dinner, for a one or more individuals then the following applies to the cancellation of this reservation.

• If cancelled or modified up to 2 weeks before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled or modified between 2 weeks and 48 hours before date of arrival, 80% of alle nights will be charged
• If cancelled or modified less then 48 hours before date of arrival, 100% of all nights will be charged
• In case of No-show 100% of all nights will be charged

Unfortunately, it happens that things go differently than planned! The booked holiday has to be cancelled or you have to leave home earlier than planned. And as a big disappointment you also have to pay the cancellation cost.

Avoid disappointment and think of taking a cancellation insurance!
