General Terms and Privacy Policy

Check-in:
Your room is available from 3:00 p.m.
We do our best to make your room available before 3:00 p.m.
If you arrive earlier, please feel free to leave your luggage at the reception — it will be safely stored for you.

Check-out:
Your room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

The photos of our rooms are provided to give you an idea of the hotel’s atmosphere.
However, as each of our rooms has its own unique style, we cannot guarantee that you will stay in one of the rooms shown in the pictures.

Please note that a city tax of €2 per person per night is payable at check-in, unless it has already been settled.
Please refer to your reservation for further details.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge.

We kindly ask that you settle the full amount of your stay before or upon arrival.
A refundable deposit of €100 may be requested by the receptionist at check-in.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel and in all rooms.
If a smoke odor is detected in your room after departure, a cleaning fee will be charged.
In the event of material damage to the room upon departure, the hotel reserves the right to request compensation depending on the extent of the damage.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date (by 11:59 p.m., local time).

All cancellations must be made in writing to the following email address: [email protected].

A valid and official form of identification must be presented at check-in.
