Reservation Terms and conditions Boutique Hotel Ter Wallen

By conforming a reservation with Boutique Hotel Ter Wallen (Domein Ter Wallen bv), the guest agrees to following terms and conditions. Thes conditions apply to all direct bookings (via telephone, e-mail or our official website). 

1. Cancellation Policy
   

   We understand that plans can change, and therefore we offer a flexible cancelation policy. 

   • Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. 
     
     
   • Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the toal stay will be charged. 
     
     
   • Less than 7 days before arrival or in cas of no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged. 

   Any modification or cancellation must be confirmed by e-mail to [email protected] 
   
   Packages, special promotions, or non-refundable rates do not fall under this policy. In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will always be charged. 
   
   The holiday homes Le petit château and Maison Ter Wallen follow the same cancellation policy as described above.  
   
   

2. Payment and deposit
   
   Through our website (www.terwallen.com), you can pay securely using mastercard, Visa or debit card. At the time of the booking, you chan choose either direct online payment or credit card guarantee, applicable to both hotel rooms and holiday homes. 
   
   Additional rule for holiday homes: upon arrival, a security deposit of 250 euro will be requested (payable by Mastercard, Viasa or debit card). The deposit will be refunded within five working days after departure, provided that no damage or exeptional cleaning costs are found. 
   
   
   
3. Cleaning and tidiness (Holiday homes only)
   
   Final cleaning is included in the price, but we kindly ask guests to leave the property in good order (dishes stored, waste diposed... according to the instructions). Any addiotional cleaning or damage costs will be deducted from the deposit. 
   
   
4. Check-in and check-out
   
   Hotel Checkin: between 15u00 and 19u00 
   Hotel Checkout: until 11u00 
   Vakantiehuis checkin: from 17u00 
   Vakantiehuis checkout: until 11u00 
   
   Early arrival or late check-out is always subject to request and availability.
