Hereby you find our general terms & conditions that are applicable upon cancelling a reservation made directly with the hotel. If not booked directly with the hotel, other conditions might be applicable.

Our Standard terms & conditions:

A valid credit card must be provided when making a reservation.

In the event the given credit card turns out to be invalid, you will be given 24h. time to amend your card details, failure to do so will result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation by our team.

Please note that 3 Days prior the day of arrival, the given credit card will be authorised for the total price of the reservation. The full payment will be made at check out in the hotel.

For your information:

You can modify or cancel the reservation, free of charge up to 3 days prior the day of arrival.
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 3 days before arrival.
Reimbursement in case of late cancellation or no-show is not possible.
