Cancellation and Payment Conditions: 1-Non refundable/non cancellable rate In case you have chosen a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, which means you cannot cancel your reservation without fees. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to provide a credit card. This will be charged for the full amount of your stay (excluding tourist tax). In the event of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded. 2-Flexible rate In case you have chosen a flexible rate, which means you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days (midnight) before your arrival date. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card will be required. 10% of your stay (excluding tourist tax) will be charged, with the balance being debited 4 days before your arrival.
