The VAT rate for hotel stays has been increased by the government as of 1 January 2026.
This means that from this date onwards, we are obliged to apply the new, higher VAT rate to all our room prices.
We have therefore had to adjust our prices accordingly.

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy for individual reservations. The applied percentages are to be paid by the guest. For groups with 10 or more persons our group cancellation applies which we will sent to you apon request.
