  • All our room prices include VAT but exclude Tourist Tax, tourist taxes kan be paid in the hotel. 
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us before midnight, prior to the arrival date. After this period, the accommodation costs are fully charged and cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Non Refundable reservations can not be cancelled and / or changed. Immediately after making the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellations: All our reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland and can be sent on request.
