The guest has the right to cancel the reservation. The cancellation must be submitted in writing or via email at least 5 days prior to arrival. In the case of a timely cancellation, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit or the total amount paid for the stay.

This provision does not apply to reservations marked as “non-refundable.” Such reservations are considered final and no refund is possible under any circumstances.

If the guest cancels the reservation outside the free cancellation period (the period from 5 days before arrival until the day of arrival), the hotel will charge cancellation fees as follows:

one (1) night for reservations of up to 2 nights

two (2) nights for reservations of 3 nights or more

In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total stay, excluding the tourist tax.

In the event of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the remaining stay, excluding the tourist tax. Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure (death, medical reasons, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, the guest should contact the responsible person at Grand Koper.

For reservations guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel reserves the right to charge the card without the presence of the guest.

Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the rates confirmed by the hotel at the time of reservation.

The reservation is held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If the guest plans to arrive later, the hotel must be informed prior to arrival.
