  • Payment: Full payment for your reservation is required at the time of booking. Your will be charged immediately for the total amount of your stay.
  • No Cancellations or Refunds: All reservations made under this policy are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • No Shows: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might lead to a cancellation or change in your travel plans.
  • City Tax: A city tax of €3 per person per night will be charged separately. This tax is payable in cash/card upon check-in at the hotel.
