Cancellation conditions 

Cancellations are only valid in writing, after cancellation you will receive a confirmation from us. Up to 3 weeks before the guest's agreed arrival date at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the contractual partner without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration. Outside the period, a unilateral declaration of withdrawal by the contractual partner is only possible if the following cancellation fees are paid:

· up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival 50% of the total package price

· up to 1 week before the day of arrival 75% of the total package price

· in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price

In the case of short-term cancellation, no-show or early departure, we have to charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.

Place of jurisdiction is St. Johann. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Arrival and departure 

On the day of your arrival rooms are to be entered at 3 pm. Please let us know on arrival after 7 pm. Certain room numbers and floors cannot be promised. On the day of departure rooms are available until 11 am.

Pets

Pets are allowed at hotel Dachstein by request. Expenses: € 18,- per night. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed to enter certain areas of the hotel (restaurant and spa). We reserve our right to bring a final cleaning to account if necessary.
