General Booking Conditions

These general conditions apply to any booking made via the website https://www.hotel-sainte-cecile.com/fr/, by telephone, by email, or through a signed purchase order.
They form an integral part of the reservation contract and are considered read and accepted upon confirmation of the booking.

Rates

All rates are inclusive of VAT and taxes, excluding drinks, and include services.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed by written quotation or signed contract.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is only considered confirmed if:

  • it is guaranteed by a valid credit card with expiry date, or

  • a deposit has been paid (amount specified at the time of booking),
    and after receiving written confirmation from us.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if a free cancellation is exceptionally accepted.
With written agreement from the owner, the deposit may be transferred to a similar stay within a maximum period of 12 months from the original arrival date.

Cancellation Conditions – Individuals (1 to 2 rooms)

Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival:

  • For a stay of 1 or 2 nights: the first night will be charged.

  • For a stay of 3 nights or more: the entire stay will be charged.

Cancellation of a reservation involving more than 3 rooms:

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Once a booking deferral has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled again, regardless of the reason.
Cancellations must be made by email or postal mail.

Cancellation Conditions – Groups (3 rooms or more)
  • Free cancellation: up to 90 days before arrival.

  • Between 89 and 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount is due.

  • Between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.

  • Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due.

These conditions also apply to any reduction in the number of rooms or nights in a confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Conditions – Companies

Any reservation made by a company must be confirmed with a signed purchase order.
Once the order is signed, no changes can be made by the client.
Only Hostellerie de Sainte-Cécile (Olymbia Srl) reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests.

In the event of cancellation or dispute, the full amount of the order may be claimed by the hotel.

General Provisions

Any reservation confirmation (by telephone, email, or purchase order) constitutes full acceptance of these general conditions.
This also applies to clients or companies who do not speak French: they must have the terms translated at their own expense and cannot claim ignorance of them.

Any stay that has begun is fully due.

In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the provided credit card, unless otherwise decided by the management of Hostellerie de Sainte-Cécile.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking if the credit card details provided are invalid or if the information is incomplete.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: VISA, EUROCARD.
Bank cheques, meal vouchers, and restaurant tickets are not accepted.

Pets

Dogs are allowed, maximum 2 per room, with a surcharge of €15 per dog per night.
