Booking terms & conditions

1. Reservation

·        A reservation is only considered final after receipt of the 50% deposit of the total rental amount.

·        After placing the booking, the guest will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

·        If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the reservation, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking.

2. Payment of the Balance

·        The remaining balance of the rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

·        If the payment is not received, the owner may consider the reservation cancelled.

3. Last-Minute Bookings

·        For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid immediately.

·        The reservation is only confirmed once the full payment has been received.

4. Payment Methods

·        Payment can be made via online payment.

5. Confirmation

·        After receipt of the payment, the guest will receive a final confirmation, including practical information regarding arrival, stay, and departure.
