Article 1: Payment of rent

Payment arrangements:

50% upon reservation request (excluding rental deposit). To be paid no later than 3 days after reservation.
Account number: BE10 0689 5494 3304 in the name of cor-ioli = stating name + rental period

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation by the tenant for other reasons, less than 30 days before the check-in date, the rental price will not be refunded by the landlord.

In case of cancellation by the tenant for other reasons, between 30 days and 60 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be retained in full.

In case of cancellation by the tenant for other reasons, between 61 days and 90 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

Article 2: Subletting/visitors
The tenant is not permitted to sublet the farmhouse or accommodate more people than agreed. Visitors are only permitted with the prior approval of the landlord.

Article 3: Respect for the farmhouse
The tenant must respect the farmhouse and garden as if it were his/her own home.
The tenant must leave the farmhouse in a tidy condition:
all furniture in its original place
cutlery and crockery washed and returned to their original place in the cupboards
all waste in the designated bins, correctly sorted. A fine of 50 euros will be charged for failure to sort waste
the refrigerator must be completely empty; any usable leftovers must be taken back with you

Article 4: Pets/smoking
Pets are not allowed, not even in the garden. Smoking is not allowed in the farmhouse, but is permitted in the garden. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.

Article 5: Risk/Accidents
The landlord of Hoeve Corfs is not responsible for any accidents in and around the farm, nor for theft of the tenant's belongings. The farm can be securely locked, including the bicycle shed.

Article 6: Use of fire pit
Hoeve Corfs provides a fire pit for the tenant's use. Wood is provided for the tenant. Please use it carefully.

Article 7: Water, gas, and electricity consumption
This consumption is included in the rental price.

Terms of use and confidential processing of personal data
Privacy statement

Vacation home Hoeve Corfs (hereinafter “we”) declares:
We like to take care of our guests. Taking care of the personal data you share with us is an important part of this.

Protection of your privacy
Hoeve Corfs undertakes to respect and protect the confidential nature of your personal data.

“Confidential” processing means that we process your personal data “confidentially” in accordance with the applicable national and international legal provisions, including the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy (Belgian Official Gazette, March 18, 1993), as amended by the law of December 11, 1998. 

(B.S., February 3, 1999) and the General Data Protection Regulation from its entry into force on May 25, 2018. This means that no personal data such as address, email, telephone and fax number, demographic data, or identification data will be processed without your consent and without you knowing the purpose of this processing.

Confidential processing of data

The personal data collected by Hoeve Corfs is stored in a secure environment that is not accessible to the public. The file can only be consulted by a limited number of people working for Hoeve Corfs. The information will only be processed for internal purposes related to the accommodation.

As a rule, Hoeve Corfs does not pass on personal data to third parties, except to comply with legal obligations and in the event of an explicit request from the judicial authorities or police services.
Hoeve Corfs holiday home does NOT sell your data to third parties.

What personal data is processed?

Category 5 (accommodation booking): Your surname, first name, address, identity card number, nationality, email address, telephone number, arrival and departure dates, number of persons, message when booking, how did you find us?

Category 6 (contact request for accommodation): Your email address, reason, first name, last name, telephone number, message) when making a contact request on the website.

Category 7 (reviews) Your message, email address, first name, last name, location score, hygiene score, welcome score, comfort score when posting a review on Airbnb or Booking.com
