Not cancellable - pay immediately
It is not possible to cancel or change reservations with this rate. In case of cancellation, the guest owes 100% of the reservation value.
Payment of the total amount immediately online after entering the guest details.

 

Flexible rate
It is possible to cancel reservations with this rate up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the guest owes 100% of the reservation value.
For group bookings (5 or more rooms), free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 14 days, the guest owes 100% of the reservation value.
Payment 7 days before arrival via a payment request by email.

 

Arrangements
It is possible to cancel packages up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the guest owes 100% of the reservation value. Packages must be paid directly online when booking. If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded the full amount.
Payment of the total amount immediately online after entering the guest details.

 

No Show
In case of no-show, the customer is in all cases obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value.
