Reservation of 1 or more rooms

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (00:00). After that, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, including any extras.

Deposit:

No deposit is required for the reservation of 1 or more separate rooms.

Reservation of the entire holiday home "Het Kasterhuis"

Cancellation policy:

More than 120 days before the day of arrival: an administrative fee of 50.00 EUR will be charged. Between 120 and 60 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the total amount of the Rental Agreement including extras (bed and bath linens, cleaning). Between 60 days and 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total amount including extras (bed and bath linens, cleaning). Within 30 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount including extras (bed and bath linens, cleaning).

Payment and advance payment:

The tenant must pay an advance of 50% of the total price no later than 14 days after completing the reservation of the holiday home. The advance must be paid into the bank account of Coddiwomple (IBAN: BE31 8900 1498 8955), with the reservation number provided as a free remark. The balance (50%) of the total amount including extras (bed and bath linens, cleaning, any extras in the room) must be paid into the bank account of Coddiwomple (IBAN: BE31 8900 1498 8955), with the reservation number provided as a remark, no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. For reservations made between 30 days and 1 day before the day of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Deposit:

Regarding the stay in the holiday home Het Kasterhuis, the user must pay a deposit no later than 14 days before the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the holiday home reservation being considered cancelled. The deposit amounts to 500.00 EUR for the reservation of the holiday home and must be transferred to the bank account of Coddiwomple (IBAN: BE31 8900 1498 8955) with the remark "reservation number + deposit." At the end of the stay, additional costs are settled with the deposit. Any damages found or missing items in or on the property (compared to the inventory report signed for approval by the User upon entry) will be settled with the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded to the User no later than 21 days after their stay. For this refund, the User must provide their full address and bank details (IBAN and BIC) to Coddiwomple.
