Located on the edge of the woods, this former farmhouse has been renovated into a large-capacity holiday cottage. It can accommodate up to 32 people in a living area of 1,100 square metres. It is fully equipped and features a wellness area, superb sports facilities and large green spaces. It is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends, celebrate a birthday, hold a corporate seminar, play sports or simply relax.

Booking terms & conditions

Payment for your stay

When booking online, a 25% deposit is required. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance for your stay must be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account 15 days before arrival. The dates of your stay can be changed on request, subject to availability and with the owner's agreement.

Cancellation policy

Between 0 and 60 days before arrival, 100% of the price of the stay will be charged.
Between 61 and 90 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be charged.
Up to 91 days before the arrival date, 25% of the price of the stay will be charged.

Security deposit

A deposit of €1,300 is to be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account 15 days before arrival. This will be refunded no later than 10 working days after departure.

Mandatory costs before the stay

Tourist tax: €1 per adult per night
End-of-stay cleaning: €330

Mandatory costs after your stay

Energy consumption: based on actual costs (meter readings on arrival and departure).
This amount will be deducted from the security deposit before it is refunded to your account.
