Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. This period is calculated based on the official check-in time of 15:00 (local time of the accommodation). For clarification, this corresponds to 72 hours before the check-in time on the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Please note that reservations made through external booking platforms or other websites may be subject to different cancellation policies. In such cases, the conditions of the respective booking platform will apply.

Exceptional Waiver of Cancellation Fees
In exceptional circumstances, the accommodation may decide to waive cancellation fees in whole or in part. This is subject to individual assessment and does not constitute an automatic right.

Requests can only be considered upon presentation of official documents or valid supporting evidence. This may include, among others:

• serious illness or hospitalization;
• death of a family member;
• accident;
• natural disasters or extreme weather conditions;
• official travel restrictions or government measures;
• proven transport disruptions, such as a cancelled flight or train;
• force majeure situations, including natural disasters, serious security incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control.

The accommodation reserves the right to assess each request individually.
