Located in the southernmost part of Haspengouw, surrounded by peaceful fields and orchards, Domaine Marsnil is the perfect place to slow down and unwind.

Our charming farmhouse offers a comfortable holiday home and 9 guest rooms of various sizes, suitable for every budget and type of stay.

Stay conditions

  • During high season (April to October), a minimum stay of 2 nights applies on weekends
    (with the exception of certain extended weekends and the summer months of July and August)

  • Upon reservation, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your stay definitively

Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious Haspengouw breakfast.
Breakfast is automatically added in the second step of the reservation process.

Gastronomic dining
For a gastronomic dinner paired with wines from the estate, you may reserve a table directly at our restaurant, open from Thursday to Saturday.

Children & babies

  • Babies up to 2 years stay free of charge

  • Children aged 3 to 10 years: €35 per night, breakfast included

  • Children aged 10 to 15 years: €45 per night, breakfast included

Booking terms & conditions

Welcome to B&B Domaine Marsnil in Flanders. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to take note of our reservation conditions.

1. Reservation and Payment:

  • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • For large groups, we recommend making a request via email.
  • After receiving your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation by email.
  • We require full payment of the reservation to confirm the booking.

2. Cancellation Conditions:

  • More than 14 days before the arrival date:
    • Free cancellation possible. You will receive a full refund of your payment.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date:
    • The guest pays 50% of the total reservation amount as cancellation fees. This corresponds to the deposit already paid and will not be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the arrival date:
    • The guest pays 75% of the total reservation amount as cancellation fees. This means that no refund will be given.

3. Changes to the Reservation:

  • Changes to the reservation can be requested, subject to availability.
  • If the change results in a reduction of the number of nights, cancellation fees may apply according to the above cancellation conditions.

4. No-show:

  • In case of no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. If you arrive later than 10:00 PM, we ask you to inform us.
  • Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

6. Other Conditions:

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
  • Pets are only allowed with prior permission and may incur additional costs.
  • We reserve the right to deny access to the domain without refund to guests who misbehave or violate house rules.
