1. Reservation and Payment:

• Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
• For large groups, we recommend making a request via email.
• After receiving your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation by email.
• We require full payment of the reservation to confirm the booking.

2. Cancellation Conditions:

• More than 14 days before the arrival date:
  • Free cancellation possible. You will receive a full refund of your payment.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date:
  • The guest pays 50% of the total reservation amount as cancellation fees. This corresponds to the deposit already paid and will not be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the arrival date:
  • The guest pays 75% of the total reservation amount as cancellation fees. This means that no refund will be given.

3. Changes to the Reservation:

• Changes to the reservation can be requested, subject to availability.
• If the change results in a reduction of the number of nights, cancellation fees may apply according to the above cancellation conditions.

4. No-show:

• In case of no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. If you arrive later than 10:00 PM, we ask you to inform us.
• Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

6. Other Conditions:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
• Pets are only allowed with prior permission and may incur additional costs.
• We reserve the right to deny access to the domain without refund to guests who misbehave or violate house rules.
