Any reservation made on the website www.domainesurlessarts.com is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment.
All reservations must be paid in advance, and no bookings are accepted by phone.
Once payment has been confirmed, a confirmation email including all details of your stay will be sent automatically.

Domaine sur les Sarts offers two types of accommodation:

• Hotel Rooms (2 guests)

• Signature Suites (2 to 6 guests)

At the time of booking, guests may choose between two rate plans, each with its own specific terms and conditions.

• The total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.

• In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be retained as a contractual penalty, in accordance with Article 1231-5 of the Civil Code.

• No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be granted, regardless of the reason (medical certificate, personal impediment, illness, accident, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances).

• The total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.

• This rate allows the guest to cancel or modify the reservation free of charge until the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

• After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be retained as a penalty.

⚠️ The choice of rate plan at the time of booking implies full acceptance of its associated conditions.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the selected rate plan cannot be changed.

Check-in is available from the time indicated in your booking confirmation.
If we do not receive any notice from you before 8:00 PM, the Domaine reserves the right to release the room or suite for resale, without any refund.
Check-out must be completed before the time specified in your confirmation.

For stays including a gastronomic experience or a package combining accommodation and dining (“Évasion”, “Bubbles, Wellness & Gastronomy”, “Serenity Escape”, etc.):

• Guests receive, immediately after payment, a link allowing them to book their table and select their preferred dining time at the restaurant.

The restaurant operates by reservation only, subject to availability.
Without a prior reservation, the Domaine cannot guarantee a table.

Massages and sound therapy sessions must be booked at least 48 hours before arrival, by email at:

Domaine sur les Sarts is a place devoted to relaxation, well-being, and serenity.
In keeping with this atmosphere, access is reserved for adults only (16 years and older).
This policy ensures that every guest enjoys a peaceful, refined, and rejuvenating experience, in harmony with the natural surroundings and the spirit of the Domaine.
Stays with children are not accepted.

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises, including within accommodations, the restaurant, and wellness areas.

Our accommodations are intended exclusively for peaceful and respectful use.
To preserve the tranquility of the Domaine and the comfort of all guests, any festive, noisy, or event-type activity is strictly prohibited, including:

• student parties,

• bachelor or bachelorette parties,

• unauthorized gatherings.

The use, possession, or consumption of drugs (legal or illegal) is strictly prohibited throughout the Domaine, including in rooms, suites, gardens, and common areas.
Any breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund or compensation, and may lead to the intervention of the competent authorities.

Domaine sur les Sarts aims to provide every guest with a bubble of serenity and relaxation in the heart of nature.
Any behavior contrary to this philosophy will result in the immediate end of the stay.

All reservations imply full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Domaine sur les Sarts reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, without prior notice.
The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the reservation.
