Dolce Villa – Casa – Studio

These general terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded by Dolce Villa with private customers and travel professionals (agencies, tour operators, etc.).
Specific conditions may apply depending on whether the customer is a private individual or a professional intermediary (see special conditions below).
These terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales contract.

The customer acknowledges having the legal capacity to enter into a contract, i.e. being of legal age and not subject to guardianship or curatorship.
The customer confirms having read these terms and conditions before making any booking. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions without reservation.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). VAT is included.
Rates subject to specific rules (single room supplements, child discounts, etc.) are provided for information purposes only. Any changes will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the booking.

Dolce Villa accepts the following payment methods:

• Cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Bancontact

• Bank transfer

Force majeure means any event beyond the control of the parties that is both unforeseeable and unavoidable, preventing the customer or Dolce Villa from fulfilling all or part of the contractual obligations.
This includes, but is not limited to: strikes affecting transport services or hotel staff, insurrection, riots, natural disasters, or any prohibition/measure issued by governmental or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the performance of the parties’ respective obligations.

Any complaint must be sent to Dolce Villa by registered letter within 30 days following the end of the stay concerned.

Unless otherwise stated, international hotel rules apply:

• Check-in: from 4:00 pm

• Check-out: before 10:00 am

Only the services explicitly mentioned in the order confirmation, booking confirmation, or any contractual document issued by Dolce Villa are included in the package.

To guarantee the booking, a bank transfer is required, together with proof of payment.
The deposit amounts to 50% of the total stay price.

Individual customers: bookings are non-cancellable.
Agency customers: bookings are non-cancellable.
Group customers: bookings are non-cancellable.
