If you enjoy cosy moments in an artistic and child-friendly home that is also an ideal base for exploring the Limburg fruit region (Haspengouw), then you will definitely love this holiday home. Check the availability and rental price of our holiday home here!

Check-in is always after 4 p.m.
Check-out is always before 10 a.m., except for weekend bookings until Sunday. In that case, check-out is at 6 p.m.

We offer “FREE AND FLEXIBLE REBOOKING” if your stay at De Vliergeit cannot take place due to government restrictions.

We also rent De Vliergeit to 2 people on a last-minute basis. The ground floor is equipped with all facilities (kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom). Contact us and we will be happy to help you!

Upon booking, you will be asked to pay 50%. Two months before the arrival date (unless you book at a later date), you will receive an email requesting payment of the remaining 50%.

Booking terms & conditions

Cancellation

If the tenant wishes to cancel the rental of the holiday home for any reason, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

The tenant may terminate the contract at any time, subject to payment of a fixed compensation amount determined as follows:
- up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
- within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

In the event of late payment of the remaining amount of the rental price, this automatically
means that the rental is cancelled, whereby the landlord may retain the deposit as
compensation.

The landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement due to force majeure. In that case,
the tenant will be notified of the cancellation of the rental contract as soon as possible and will
be refunded the rent paid within two weeks of the cancellation.

We carry the label “free and flexible rebooking” when a stay at De Vliergeit is not permitted due
to general restrictive measures imposed by the government (e.g. Covid).
