We apply the following cancellation conditions:

• If you cancel within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and any applicable deposit. Have you emailed us but not yet received a reply? Don’t worry — the cancellation date will be the time you sent your email.
• If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.
• If you cancel between the 42nd and 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 60%.
• If you cancel between the 28th day and the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 90%.
• If you cancel on or after the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Please note:
The total price includes the rental fee plus any additional costs. Once the booking request has been approved and 24 hours have passed, the booking becomes final and the rental agreement takes effect.

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to holiday home rentals. If you need to cancel or withdraw your booking request, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you have taken out insurance and had to cancel for a valid and provable reason covered by it, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.

For rescheduled bookings, the initial arrival date applies. If your booking was moved to a later date and you cancel after the original arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Example:
You book a cottage on January 5, 2026, for the period from October 10–12, 2026. The host approves the booking on January 7 — from that moment, you have 24 hours to cancel free of charge. If you cancel on January 22, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.
