Arrival & Departure Check-in is available from 3:00 PM for Castle Rooms and the Grand Ducal Suite, and from 1:00 PM for Superior Rooms and Executive Suites. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, except for guests staying in the Grand Ducal Suite, who may enjoy a late check-out until 1:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. NUXE® Spa The NUXE® Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Spa access is not included in the room rate and is available at a fee of €60.00 per person, per day. Massages and treatments are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and must be booked in advance. Access to the Spa is restricted to guests aged 12 years and older. Outdoor Pool Our heated outdoor swimming pool is open year-round and accessible daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No reservation is required. Access is complimentary for all hotel residents. Restaurant Our restaurant welcomes guests daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To ensure the best dining experience, we highly recommend reserving your table in advance. Pets Dogs are welcome in Castle Rooms only, subject to a supplement of €25.00 per dog, per night. Please note that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, breakfast area, or Spa. Parking Complimentary parking is available for all guests. The property is equipped with 32 charging stations for electric vehicles. No prior reservation is required. Reservation Guarantee All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or prepayment. Non-guaranteed reservations will automatically be cancelled at 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guarantee During Your Stay Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation of €100.00 per room, per night will be taken on your credit card, or a cash deposit may be requested. This guarantee allows any additional expenses incurred during your stay to be charged directly to your room account. Should no charges be posted to your room account, the pre-authorised or deposited amount will be fully released or refunded upon departure. Cancellation Policy Individual reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, one night's accommodation will be charged. Accepted Methods of Payment Should you wish to settle your account by credit card, please present the card upon arrival at the Château. In accordance with Luxembourg legislation, a valid official identification document bearing a recent photograph will be required at check-in.
