Reservierungsbedingungen

Any cancellation must be notified in writing or by e-mail. The following fees will be charged: 

  1. for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the payment will be refunded to the guest.
  2. in case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the payment will be refunded to the guest.
  3. in case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: there will be no refund. 

If the guest does not arrive by 7pm on the day of arrival, without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled.

For shorter stays than booked, there will be no refund.
