  • During the reservation process, we kindly ask you to provide a credit card guarantee for the amount indicated. 
  • Your reservation can be cancelled/modified free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. 
  • If you cancel or modify too late, we will charge you for the first night of your stay.
  • If you do not show up at all, we will charge you for the full cost of your stay.
  • If you do not have a credit card, you must pay the full amount by one of the other possible means of payment. However, your full payment does not affect the cancellation conditions.

 

for non-cancellable(=non-refundable) reservations:

  • You are required to pay for your stay during the reservation process. 
  • Your reservation is final. It cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We are doing our best to have your room ready ASAP and most likely by 15:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival usually any reserved parking spaces are likely to be available; possible, but not certainly, also your room.
  • You must check-in before 23:00 hrs (before 20:00 hrs in "Corona -Times"), unless you have contacted us for a special arrangement.
  • When you have reserved a parking space, please check-in BEFORE parking.
  • Check-out is possible from 07:30 hrs on weekdays and from 08:00 hrs on holidays and during the weekend.
