Booking terms & conditions	Check-in Keys can be collected at the reception, Meeuwenlaan 32 in Westende, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you are unable to arrive before 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance. We will gladly provide you with instructions for a late check-in. Cancellation policy Reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or modification within 14 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. If the reservation has already been paid and is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Pets Pets are welcome for a surcharge of €10 per night. For dogs weighing more than 10 kg, a refundable deposit of €100 is required, to be paid by bank transfer before arrival. Exception – Casa Newport Due to the delicate flooring, a refundable deposit is required for each dog.
