Cancellation policy
Applied amounts and percentages must be paid by the guest. Special conditions take precedence over the standard cancellation policy when applicable.

Cancellation
If you cancel at least 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. In case of later cancellation, modification or no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Non-refundable bookings
Please note that in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. The room is reserved until 20:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 18:00, please inform the hotel to avoid the room being released.

Payment
Payment is usually made upon arrival. A deposit or prepayment may be required.

Liability
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings stored in the room or on the premises. Any damages or additional costs caused by the guest may be charged.

Smoking and pets
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere on the hotel premises and may trigger the fire alarm. Any resulting costs (e.g. emergency services, cleaning or repairs) will be charged to the guest. Pets are not allowed.

Group bookings
Bookings of 3 rooms or 6 persons or more are considered group bookings. Cancellation of group bookings may result in partial or full charges.

Special conditions (groups*)

• 7–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
• 21–8 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
