  • More than 15 days before arrival: €25

  • Between 15 and 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay

  • Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay

  • Non-refundable rates: always 100% payable

2. Cancellation Policy – Bonnie’s Beachhouse

  • More than 2 months before arrival: €25

  • Between 2 months and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total stay

  • Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total stay

  • Non-refundable rates: always 100% payable

3. Confirmation of the Reservation

Your reservation and our related commitments are confirmed only after the required prepayment has been received.

4. Reservations via Partner Platforms (e.g. Booking.com)

For reservations made through partner platforms, only the cancellation and payment terms of the relevant platform apply.
No exceptions can be made to these conditions.
