Welcome to Kamp Koren! We strive to provide an enjoyable and comfortable stay for all our guests. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

1. Reservation and Payment Terms

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (if required) or upon payment of the full booking amount.
• Payment: All fees and charges for your stay must be paid prior to check-in. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
• Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Cancellation by Guest for Eco chalets and glamping huts: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date for a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 30% of a total price. In a case of no-show, we charge 100% of a total price.
• Cancellation by Guest for camping: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date for a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a full deposit payment. In a case of no-show, we charge 100% of a total price.
• In cases of documented force majeure due to which the guest cancels the reservation or withdraws from the reservation contract, Kamp Koren guarantees free cancellation of the reservation if circumstances arise for the guest no later than one day before the start of the stay, which make it impossible for him to use the services he has paid for on the basis of his contract / reservation. Force majeure must be documented by valid official documents and such that it could not have been foreseen or avoided before the conclusion of the contract. Cancellation or change of reservation must be sent in writing via e-mail.
• Modifications: Changes to your reservation (such as arrival or departure dates) are allowed subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Early Departures: No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused services.
• Force Majeure: Kamp Koren reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in the case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions) without liability.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time for Eco chalets and glamping huts: Check-in is from 14:00 onwards.
• Check-in Time for camping: Check-in is from 12:30 onwards.
• Check-out Time for Eco chalets and glamping huts: Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Check-out Time for camping: Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Registration: All guests must provide valid identification and complete the registration process upon arrival.
• The reservation is valid until 23:59 on the day of arrival.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Site Use: Guests are required to use the camping pitches, Eco chalets, and glamping huts responsibly. Damage to facilities, structures, or grounds may result in repair charges.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
• Pets: Pets are welcome at camping pitches and Eco chalets. Please inquire before booking. Guests must clean up after pets and ensure they are supervised at all times. Due to a delicate furniture, pets are not allowed in a glamping huts, but they can sleep outside of a hut on a private terrace.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Eco chalets, glamping huts, and all indoor areas.

5. Safety and Liability

• Personal Property: Kamp Koren is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their belongings.
• Use of Facilities: All facilities and amenities are used at the guests own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water and in common areas.
• Accidents and Injuries: Kamp Koren is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises due to negligence or misuse of facilities.

6. Environmental Responsibility

• Eco-Friendly Practices: We encourage all guests to follow eco-friendly practices, including waste separation, energy conservation, and water usage awareness. Kamp Koren is committed to sustainability and appreciates guest cooperation in maintaining our beautiful natural environment.

7. Property Rules

• Fire Safety: Open fires are only allowed in designated areas. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines provided upon arrival.
• Waste Disposal: Guests must dispose of all waste in designated bins and separate recyclables.
• Parking: Parking is available close to our every unit. Kamp Koren is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles or belongings inside them.

8. Breach of Terms

• Termination of Stay: Kamp Koren reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay if terms and conditions are breached or if the guest’s behaviour is disruptive to others. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal Information: By confirming your booking, you consent to the use of your personal information solely for reservation and service provision purposes, in line with our privacy policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
